Add metadata to your repositories, such as compliance frameworks, data sensitivity, or project details.

actions-lockfileWhether the repository has actions-lockfile enabled or not. This is a temporary property until we have enabled actions lockfiles for all repositories and then enforce it for all future repos as well.
