Can the Stop hook summarization be disabled or moved to SessionEnd only?

Hi! I noticed that claude-mem runs a summarize job on every Stop event
(after each response). This creates a 2-3 minute delay before I can send my
next message, because Claude waits for the hook to finish.

Since there's already a SessionEnd hook (session-complete), the
summarization on every single response feels redundant and adds noticeable
friction during active conversations.

Question: Is there a config option to disable the Stop summarization,
or move it to SessionEnd only? If not, would you consider adding one?

For context, this is from hooks/hooks.json in v12.2.0:

• Stop → runs hook claude-code summarize (timeout: 120s) after every response
• SessionEnd → runs hook claude-code session-complete at session close

Ideally I'd want summarization to only happen at SessionEnd to avoid the
per-response delay. Thanks!
