feat: redesign hero backgrounds and unify page headers - #14

Replace hero mascot with fortress cityscape background (50% opacity) with directional scrim gradient. Add heroidea.png as subtle background to About, Careers, and Services section 02. Remove loose mascot illustrations from About and Careers heroes. Add sophistication.svg to Services page hero grid. Replace Careers CTA with contact-banner pattern matching other pages.
