FEAScript is a finite element simulation library developed in JavaScript. It enables engineering simulations across both browser-based and server-side environments without the overhead of traditional desktop software.
🎯 Our goal is to provide a powerful JavaScript API for FEM. We are closing the gap between complex computational mechanics and the accessibility of the web, empowering developers to build professional-grade simulation tools that work on any device, anywhere.
The FEAScript ecosystem includes:
- The main library, FEAScript core, distributed under the MIT license, with unit, verification and regression tests to check numerical accuracy.
- The documentation (source), covering the API, usage guides and theory, under CC-BY 4.0.
- The examples, provided in multiple formats:
- Node.js implementations, showcasing direct API usage.
- Pens on CodePen, for live, editable demos in the browser.
- Notebooks on Scribbler, an interactive JavaScript notebook tool.
- The website (source) and blog (source), both licensed under CC-BY 4.0, with tutorials, updates and various resources.
