Add the validationTooltipTrigger input with values 'active' (default) and 'hover'. With 'hover' the validation error tooltip of an invalid cell is shown only while hovering the error icon, instead of also opening when the cell becomes active or invalid while editing. The invalid state, error icon and aria attributes are kept. Isolate the validation test sample data per fixture so that committed edits no longer leak between tests.

The Grid Validation Specification has been updated with the new option.
Description
Adds a
validationTooltipTriggerinput to the grids (activeby default, orhover) that controls when the validation error tooltip of an invalid cell is displayed.Motivation / Context
Today the error tooltip opens automatically whenever an invalid cell becomes active, including while the user is still typing in it, so it can cover grid content. We are keeping the validation behavior but add an option to show the message only when hovering the error icon.
