Removed the link to UKHSA guidance and replaced it with this line: Check before going ahead or refer to a prescriber for a patient specific direction (PSD).
Updated warning message for RSV vaccination guidance.

@benjystanton I've updated the pertussis and RSV warnings but for some reason they're defaulting to saying "Patient name is 40 weeks pregnant" when you view them in the warnings section of the prototype index page. For the warnings to make sense, they'd need to default in this view to "Patient name is 15 weeks pregnant" (or anything less than 15 weeks). If it's tricky to get them to work properly both within the Record journey and on the index page, I'd sooner we hard code them for the index page and not worry about them working properly within the Record journey. Let's catch up about this. |

Hi @Anna-Sutton I've updated this now, so it defaults to 13 weeks, unless the user is in the recording flow in which case it will calculate it dynamically based on estimated due date.
All good to merge when you're ready.
