Summary
Prepare version 0.9.0 to publish Forward Webhook endpoint management and raw-body signature verification. Move the reviewed Webhook release notes from Unreleased into 0.9.0 and update package version metadata.
Why
The Webhook APIs, HMAC-SHA256 verification helpers and receiver examples are merged and verified. This release makes them available in the published SDK.
Verification
uv sync --extra dev --extra release --lockeduv run make lintuv run make typecheckuv run make testuv run make docs-checkuv run make buildpython3 .github/scripts/release_notes.py checkpython3 .github/scripts/release_notes.py extract --version 0.9.0python3 -m unittest discover -s .github/scripts -p 'test_*.py'git diff --checkThe unchanged feature code passed the CN/Global stable integration pipeline on 2026-10-26 and the CN/Global × PAT/SA synthetic Webhook delivery checks on 2026-10-23. Live tests were not repeated for this version-only commit. The stable suite is not exhaustive API acceptance.
Impact
uv.lockchanges only the root SDK version; the existing example code is unchanged.
