fix(seo): use canonical Charts catalog URLs in the sitemap - #1469
The production sitemap lists Charts catalog URLs with trailing slashes, while those URLs redirect to their no-slash canonical pages. Emit the canonical form for the catalog root, collections and chart examples.
The live sitemap contained 190 affected catalog URLs. Direct checks of the catalog root, shadcn collection and one chart returned 307 redirects to the no-slash paths; the catalog destination returns its matching canonical link. This addresses the Charts URL portion of #1153, which remains open for documentation filtering, redirect resolution and the broader deployed-page contract. The independent source-failure work remains in #1267.
Validation: the focused sitemap contract test failed against the old generator and passes with this change. Normal commit hooks passed formatting, TypeScript, lint, 685 unit tests, 2,278 chat tests and 20 desktop tests, with 5, 6 and 1 skipped respectively. No production fix is claimed before deployment.
