feat(console): 接入页主区放大为多轮对话 - #392

布局改为大对话框为主、原始 API 折叠在下；streamChat 解析 reasoning_content 与 tool_calls。参考 affectUI 信息结构，用现有 HeroUI/灰度 patterns 自建，未引入 affectUI 包。
副标题仍写「单轮」，与 #392 主区多轮对话不一致。
Move account/model into the composer footer with a round send control, soften thinking/tool/attachment hierarchy, and add ?demo=1 / Preview sample.
Parse usage.credits from the chat SSE stream and render it under the assistant bubble. Demo seed includes a sample amount for preview.
Collapse thinking to a shimmer pill, group tool calls, tighten composer selects (menus open upward), soft assistant bubbles with copy + token/credits foot, and quieter alerts/endpoint cards.
Lets ?demo=1 / ?demo=thinking open composer menus for visual QA without writing real accounts into the preview database.
