Bitbucket users see Atlassian's permissions page every time they log in to Codacy, not only the first time. The investigation on OD-576 reproduced this with a brand-new Bitbucket OAuth consumer and no Codacy code: Atlassian moved Bitbucket OAuth consumers onto its 3LO platform, which shows consent on every authorization. Codacy can't turn it off.

This adds a troubleshooting page that explains the prompt and tells affected users how to report it to Atlassian, so support and the upcoming in-app note (OD-990) have one page to point to. Requested in OD-989.

What changed

  • New docs/faq/troubleshooting/why-does-bitbucket-ask-me-to-grant-codacy-access-every-time-i-log-in.md. It's a troubleshooting page modeled on why-cant-i-see-my-organization.md, covering what the prompt is, why it happens, and two steps: accept the permissions, and let Atlassian know it affects your team (reply on the public Atlassian Developer Community thread, or contact Atlassian Support).
  • mkdocs.yml: the page is added to the FAQ → Troubleshooting nav. No redirect is needed because the page is new.
  • docs/faq/general/how-does-codacy-support-bitbucket-cloud.md: one new bullet under Limitations, linking to the new page.

Atlassian request

  • Codacy reported this to Atlassian Support as request BBS-257159. The page names it as plain text, not a link, because the request is private: customers can't open it, but Atlassian Support can match their reports to it.
  • There's no public Atlassian issue (BCLOUD) to vote on yet, so the page links to the public community thread. If Atlassian opens a public issue, link it here.

Not covered

  • The 90-day refresh-token expiry Atlassian announced is left out. What a Codacy user sees when it happens isn't confirmed yet.

Checks

  • mkdocs build --strict passes, the page appears in the nav, and both new internal links resolve.
  • Vale: 0 errors, 0 warnings, 0 suggestions on both changed pages.
  • No headings renamed, and no includes or lockstep siblings involved.

  • Fix any issues reported by the CI/CD

Atlassian now shows its permissions page on every authorization for
Bitbucket OAuth apps, so Bitbucket users see it at every Codacy login.
Add it to the Bitbucket Cloud limitations so support and the app have
a page to point to.

Explains why Atlassian asks Bitbucket users to grant Codacy access at
every login, and how to report it to Atlassian. The Bitbucket Cloud
limitations bullet now links to it.
