This is a release branch and commits are restricted. Please confirm this PR is one of the following:

- Stop setting the TLS log level, so mbedTLS logging stays at the LiteCore default (Warning) instead of following the app's level. - Keep the TLS domain mapped to NETWORK. - Add MAPPED_ONLY_C4_LOGGING_DOMAINS for LiteCore domains that are mapped but whose level is not set. - This is in line with the .NET and iOS behavior.
