- Re-implement leaving the TLS log level at the LiteCore default (Warning): keep the TLS mapping and skip setting its level, instead of removing the mapping. - TLS messages are reported under NETWORK again instead of DATABASE. - Add MAPPED_ONLY_C4_LOGGING_DOMAINS for LiteCore domains that are mapped but whose level is not set. - This is in line with the .NET and iOS behavior.

Delete the commented-out TLS mapping line left by 81a02e3. The TLS log domain stays at the LiteCore default level. No behavior change.
