Unreviewed submission. This PR was generated automatically from a plugin submission form and has not been reviewed by Cursor. Please verify the publisher, server, and listing before merging.

Submission

Fit Shapes is a calorie counter and macro tracker for iPhone. This plugin lets Grok read a member's food log, calorie and macro targets, weight trend, and estimated burn, and log a food or a weigh-in when they say so.

Changes

  • third_party/fitshapes/mcp.json: fitshapes HTTP server at https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcp.
  • third_party/fitshapes/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json: category integrations, "mcpServers": "./mcp.json" (same pattern as PitchBook in Add PitchBook third-party MCP plugin #796).
  • third_party/fitshapes/README.md, CHANGELOG.md, LICENSE.
  • One row in the root README integrations table and one entry in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json. .claude-plugin/marketplace.json is unchanged.
  • node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs passes.

Logo: no local file committed (needs follow-up)

Every logo fetch failed from the build environment, so no image file is committed:

  • https://fitshapes.com/brand/fit-shapes-mark.png (and the www. host): TLS connection failed
  • https://fitshapes.com/favicon.ico, /apple-touch-icon.png: TLS connection failed
  • https://github.com/fitshapes.png: 404 (no GitHub org found)
  • Google and DuckDuckGo favicon services: connection failed
  • Web search found no Fit Shapes App Store listing or docs site

plugin.json logo is set to the best URL found, the submitted https://fitshapes.com/brand/fit-shapes-mark.png. Before merging, download it to third_party/fitshapes/assets/logo.png and change logo to assets/logo.png.

The MCP server (https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcp) was also unreachable from the build environment, so the endpoint and its auth flow have not been verified.

Testing instructions (from the submitter)

Add https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcp as a custom connector (grok.com/connectors, New Connector, Custom). Sign in on the Fit Shapes page that opens with the email and password below. No two-factor. Leave Log on at the approve page to test writes.

The account has six weeks of food and weight logged, so every read tool has data. Writes ask before saving.

Try: "What do I have left today?", "Log a chicken burrito bowl for lunch.", "How did my nutrition go this week?"

Note

Medium Risk
Third-party hosted MCP with OAuth and write tools over personal health data; publisher URL and server were not verified before merge.

Overview
Adds the Fit Shapes integration so Cursor agents can use Fit Shapes’ hosted MCP server for nutrition and weight data.

The new third_party/fitshapes package wires mcp.json to https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcp (HTTP, browser sign-in, no API key). The manifest lists read access to food logs, targets, weight trend, and burn, plus writes for logging foods and weigh-ins (with user confirmation per the README). Marketplace discovery is updated via a fitshapes entry in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and a row in the root README integrations table.

This is an unreviewed automated submission: plugin.json still points logo at the remote URL because the site was unreachable during packaging, and the MCP endpoint was not verified from CI.
