This workflow automates the deployment of static content to GitHub Pages when changes are pushed to the 'dev' branch or manually triggered.

Thanks @filippi! As is, this would publish the repo files but not the demo: the .wasm is built in CI, and there's no index.html at the root. #211's wasm-pages.yml already builds and deploys the page, so I'll switch it to deploy on push to dev instead. One setting is needed on your side: the github-pages environment only allows master, so dev has to be added under Settings → Environments → github-pages. OK to close this one?
