The 3.8.2 release bumped optionalDependencies in package.json, but the post-release lockfile bump never landed, so npm ci fails on master and every PR. Regenerated with the same command scripts/post-release.sh runs. Co-Authored-By: BYK <[email protected]>

The npm packaging jobs in
build.ymlandsnapshot.ymlpinned Node 20.10.0, which has no fix for CVE-2026-111497 (Brotli) or the eMudhra root update. This moves them to 24.22.1, which matches thevoltapin inpackage.json. Tracked in VULN-3216.This is a major-line move (20 → 24). The
test_node.ymlcompatibility matrix is unchanged.This PR also bumps the
@sentry/cli-*optional dependencies inpackage-lock.jsonfrom 3.8.1 to 3.8.2. The 3.8.2 release updatedpackage.json, but the post-release lockfile bump never landed, sonpm cihas been failing onmaster(and on every PR) since then. The lockfile was regenerated with the same commandscripts/post-release.shruns (npm install --package-lock-only --ignore-scripts --prefer-online), and only those 8 entries changed.via BYK.
