Copilot asks for aproval of absoloute path that point into the repo root #5311

Describe the bug

I notice from time to time that I'm getting asked if I allow access to a path, that after checking it lives in the working-directory I already have approved.

Affected version

Linux - GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.105

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Not easy. Maybe start in a directory with some files and ask to read a markdown files or similar and give it a full system path.

Expected behavior

If I have approved the root directory I do not expect to be asked for copilot to access on every subfolder/file when I approved file write access already even if it is not a relative but absolute path.
