• [BUG] providers/openai.py _warn_unknown_model logs the raw client model id into proxy.log, which perf/analyzer.py parses as PERF records (a newline forges a record; an unguarded int() crashes parse_log_files)

headroomlabs-ai/headroom#4372 · Filter by author HetCreep opened on Oct 22, 2026

• [BUG] memory/bridge_parsers.py: extract_relationships_from_section verb patterns backtrack quadratically on a long token (8,000-char word ~9 s) and run on the event loop during bridge auto-import

headroomlabs-ai/headroom#4370 · Filter by author HetCreep opened on Oct 22, 2026

• [BUG] memory/traffic_learner.py: _commands_related_as_retry runs an O(n*m) pure-Python Levenshtein over untruncated Bash commands on the proxy event loop (17k-char command stalls ~84 s)

• [BUG] image: ImageCompressor.compress() leaves last_result from the previous request on its early returns, so the worker singleton reports stale savings and marks untouched bodies as mutated; the token math also mixes two formulas

headroomlabs-ai/headroom#4340 · Filter by author HetCreep opened on Oct 21, 2026

• [BUG] learn: the managed-block regex anchors on the first start-marker string, so prose quoting the marker above the block is deleted on --apply; a block with no end marker silently drops every recommendation

• [BUG] HEADROOM_OFFLINE does not cover the learn and memory-eval LLM calls (litellm.completion, urlretrieve), and the chokepoint meta-test cannot see them
