Add seven upstream-aligned module wrappers under
mcpplibs.mwrap, with flatpkgs/mwrap/<lib>.luadescriptors and installed-template consumers. Preserve upstream API names and historical resources while standardizing Apache-2.0 wrapper licensing, retained upstream notices, bilingual README layout, macro bridges, and index authoring guidance. The index tooling resolves descriptor identity independently of short filenames; selection, updater, namespace/provider routing, cache metadata, mirrors and platform checks cover the new layout. Godot uses stable 10.0.0 bindings/default engine API 4.7. ORT retains 1.25.1 with packaging revision/floor 1 for its explicitly authorized corrected first release; the legacy llama macOS installation adaptation preserves original archive URLs/hashes.
