Is TS 6 fully compatible with TS 5, or are there breaking changes in the language?

Updates API Extractor’s bundled compiler to TypeScript 6.0.3, part of the final release line based on the original TypeScript implementation. Migrating to the Go-based compiler requires separate work to adapt API Extractor’s compiler API integrations to the new programmatic API expected to release with TypeScript 7.1.
