Add a typed carousel send command accepting JSON file/stdin, image/video/document button-header flags, and mixed reply/URL/call controls. Validate media source/category/bounds and unique reply IDs before one HTTP send. Keep one message per request and reject unsupported mixtures instead of splitting.

Current head (2026-10-28)

9d6a1ba on CLI main a9a19cd6 (includes Zod #91). Four authored commits rebased linearly (old head a4280c53 kept at backup/interactive-rebase-20261028/codex/interactive-message-buttons), plus two source-contract rebinds.

  • contracts/interactive-messages.json binds SDK #345 77dc45bd8a5ae592b0f76563d303738b2c0c3426, polymorfa#562 3766dc9aef4669aa6eec79919e4388c59ad75794 and spec 40daa415…, with published: false. prepare-release enforces the hold; release-evidence tests pass (3/3).
  • Current clean CI fails during npm ci → prepare → build: package.json pins the published @polymorfa/sdk 0.1.0-dev.20261004024706, which lacks ButtonsMedia, SendCarouselMessageRequest, InteractiveMediaSource, CarouselCard and media on ButtonsMessageContent. Only an authorized publication of a matching SDK, after environment acceptance, may change that pin. No version is invented and no raw-transport workaround is added.

Exact-head hosted failure

Both actual jobs on 9d6a1ba21e63652280f4a5ff1497efb65238ada4 fail before runtime assertions: Verify Node 22 and Windows agent process lifecycle. Both logs report the missing SDK exports listed above and the incompatible ButtonsMessageContent.media shape during the package build. No Windows fixture acceptance or full CLI test pass is claimed.

The actual checkout is synthetic 8635e4c382d395549e2fdcaf524d64997cd159fc, combining accepted main 637f9991342279133bb000a7db01574bcffaf174 with this candidate. This is a source/package incompatibility, independent of the paused ci-1 pools. SDK345's current green provenance CI does not publish those types to the registry. CodeRabbit is SKIPPED, not approval. The accepted package/receipt, separately qualified exact pin/lock adoption and final current-main integration remain required; no raw-transport or invented-version workaround is authorized.

sdks#345 was reconciled with SDK main 4357c53b and rebound its doc snippets;
its head is now 77dc45bd. The installed registry SDK pin and release hold are
unchanged.
