Current rebased-head CI passes on ec49f1948e0ff7d631aeb539593117b6a2ee566b: Verify Node22, including formatting, lint, full typecheck, all113 test files, build, package dry-run, zero-vulnerability production audit and release-evidence checks. CodeRabbit is skipped, not a completed independent review. The earlier local claim ran no command; hosted CI supplies separate new-head qualification. Source merge remains with Release; API/package acceptance, publication, activation and deployment holds remain. Staging DEFERRED.

Current guarded rebase: b15dafa1b016bdffc795c634551f2854fab3872b → ec49f1948e0ff7d631aeb539593117b6a2ee566b, target 58e91a18d1a4afc108eb3119db0830340bb2a926 → a9a19cd68eecf7f33eae495665c1f389b6906a5e (merged Zod #91). The final tree and all four authored metadata records match the original candidate. Kept its audited exact Zod4.6.7 pin; both conflicting lockfiles already resolved identical version/integrity. Explicit old-head lease succeeded after live head/target rechecks. New-head CI is required; old CI is historical. A bounded local verification claim exited75 with no command started because the serialized slot was occupied. No install, bypass or blind rerun. Original API/SDK producers and source-bound package files are unchanged; no hash was invented or previous qualification rewritten. Recovery ref refs/heads/backup/parity-rebase-20261028/pr-92-b15dafa1 is verified remotely at b15dafa1b016bdffc795c634551f2854fab3872b. Release alone owns source merge slots. Legal/independent-review, package/activation/publication and effective deployment-pause gates remain; staging DEFERRED. POL35 and Business H55/migration20 remain separate.

Summary

Verify the existing channel JSON and event list/view/NDJSON commands preserve newsletter count observations and milestones, including zero, missing fields and empty maps. Synthetic HTTP/SSE fixtures exercise the real SDK path; no new command or automatic retention is added.

Counterpart to backend #874 and SDK #366, API source d60f08042a5e3f36e53a7b378be7b7e710e80e9f, SDK source d7977377f97b9fa12b8837ba02bc30c6fb512733.

Verification

Build, lint, full CLI typecheck and formatting passed. All 1,091 CLI tests passed after updating the direct Zod dependency to 4.6.7. Production audit reports zero vulnerabilities. This includes real SDK HTTP/SSE, exact retained bytes, MCP/input contracts and SIGINT/SIGTERM behavior. The physical CLI + candidate SDK package also passed the same HTTP/SSE checks. The source contracts record both artifact hashes.

Release status

Source/compatibility candidate only. The production SDK pin is unchanged. A real pin update requires the matching accepted and published SDK; local tarball tests are not registry publication or API deployment.
