Minimum TLS version and cipher settings continue to apply to the server, repo server, and Image Updater.
Curve preferences are not applied to the server or repo server.
The TLS argument builder now accepts a component name and returns arguments with an error. The server and repo-server omit curve preferences, while Image Updater uses the component-specific curve mapping. Tests cover supported and unsupported curve preferences and deployment behavior.
