Upstream dropped the free-threaded-support option the 0.9.2 patch commented out, so 0.9.3 needs no patch and the git apply glob matched nothing.
Upstream's 0.9.3 pyproject.toml no longer carries the free-threaded-support option the patch comments out, so it does not apply and is not needed.
