Ubuntu 26.04 (resolute) becomes the primary base. LATEST_UBUNTU_VERSION now points to resolute, so unsuffixed tags such as 4.0 and latest move from noble to resolute the next time each series is built. The README lists resolute first and shows the current Ruby releases.

The Docker Hub short description is now managed by the workflow and no longer calls the images experimental, which put people off using them as #191 points out. The README also notes that tags can be rebuilt and recommends pinning by digest.

I also bumped the tested Ruby versions to the current patches and stopped mirroring Ubuntu 25.04, which reached EOL and is no longer used by ruby/ruby-ci-image.

The EOL example now points to 3.2.11-noble because 2.4.10-jammy was never published.

It reached EOL on 2026-01-17, and ruby/ruby-ci-image no longer builds from it.

The description set by hand on Docker Hub called the images experimental, which discouraged people from using them.
