This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to next, this PR will be updated.
nextis currently in pre mode so this branch has prereleases rather than normal releases. If you want to exit prereleases, runchangeset pre exitonnext.Releases

basewith a trailing slash, such as Vite'simport.meta.env.BASE_URL("/app/"), no longer produces double slashes.Router.pathshrefs andnavigate("/about")now give/app/aboutinstead of/app//about, which matched no route._depthas one above the current entry instead ofhistory.length - 1. Browsers cap session history (50 entries in Chromium and Firefox), so once the cap was reached every new entry got the same depth. That broke scroll restoration anduseBeforeLeaveback-navigation deltas on long sessions. Entries the router did not push, such as a#anchorjump, are stamped one above the last known depth as well.solid-jsand@solidjs/webmove to^2.0.0-rc.19.URLwhen its path and query only use charactersURLkeeps unchanged and it has no./..segments, andcomparablePathskips its parse for such paths. Other hrefs still go throughURL. On a 1000-link SSR page this cuts the claims' cost per request from about 1.2 ms to about 0.4 ms.query.getno longer returns a value from a fetch that was superseded. When an older fetch for a key settles afterrevalidate()started a newer one, or afterquery.setwrote a value, its result is no longer written over the newer value.navigate()now writes its 302 status andLocationheader into the existingevent.responseinstead of replacing the object. Headers already on the response, such asSet-Cookieand the flash-cookie clear, are kept, and a redirect issued aftercreateSSRResponsecaptured the head still reaches it. Query redirects during SSR resolveLocationagainst the router base as a result.hrefagainstdocument.baseURI. An anchor cloned from a<template>keeps its rawhref(e.g./about) until it is adopted into the page, soeagerPreload's idle flush threwInvalid URLwhen it reached one that a transition still held off the page (eagerPreload: anchorUrl throws 'Invalid URL' on anchors not yet adopted into the page #704).
