The main Configurations category previously opened the storage list while the deployment back-link opened the editor. Reopening any saved configuration also always prompted to replace the draft, including the current unchanged configuration.

Configurations now resumes an existing root draft directly in the editor; the breadcrumb retains access to saved configurations. Loading a saved entry asks for confirmation only when the latest current draft has unsaved, differing content. The check happens after the read so changes made while the request is in flight are protected. Cancellation keeps the draft and saved binding; accepted loads retain the server configuration row ID/revision. Deployment remains a separate explicit step.

Validation: 184 desktop/mobile browser cases passed (8 owner-flow cases including delayed-read/cancel and dirty-but-content-equal reopening, 160 configurator cases, 16 related catalogue/fork/membership cases); TypeScript and formatting/diff checks passed. Independent review found no open issue. EN/DE development documentation updated. No customer Plan/Apply or State changes.

Deployed and independently verified in Dev at source d5ee565: https://github.com/stackitcloud/stackit-landing-zone/actions/runs/40350219442.

The exact release passed 376 browser tests. Configurations now opens an existing draft in the editor; the breadcrumb opens saved configurations. Reopening clean/equal content does not ask to replace it; different unsaved content, including edits made during an in-flight load, retains explicit cancel/accept protection. Saved row IDs and State bindings remain preserved. Existing recovery State was independently read-verified unchanged (serial 7, 12 managed resources, lock free).
