Summary
Complete APMPlus AppKey resolution with the precedence explicit API key → tenant AppKey → existing automatic credential-based lookup. Validate automatically returned AppKeys and reject missing or malformed values without logging response contents. Existing IAM/STS credential discovery remains unchanged.
This PR targets the source branch of volcengine#1182 so the fix can be included there after merging. It contains only the AppKey fix, tests, and bilingual design/component documentation; MPA endpoint fallback is maintained in the separate MPA repository.
