Summary

What:

  • Show broken projects out of the recorded total on queue and request pages.
  • Display a dash when no project total is recorded.

Why:

  • Make project outcomes visible at a glance without paging through individual results; the underlying projection alone does not display these counts.

Test Plan

  • Add unit tests.
  • Verify queue and request pages in a real browser.

Revert Plan

  • Revert this PR. Only UI presentation and summary mapping change; the underlying backend counts remain available.
