test(stack-encrypt): add declaration grammar and shared conformance - #1460
Stack Encrypt bindings need a shared contract for declarations and interoperability. This adds two experimental profiles executed in native Rust and Go WASI:
record-scalars-v1: typed integer/text values, equality terms, context binding and query-input diagnostics. Frozen Rust scalar ciphertexts open in Go; fresh Go ciphertexts open through both Rust APIs.
record-declarations-v1: a documented typed grammar covering syntax, defaults, context composition, null policies and the complete kind/index admission matrix. Both runners explicitly preserve numeric tokens and lexical object ordering; Rust also observes normalization.
Go runs declaration checks against both release and deterministic guests. Explicit host-plan fixtures additionally exercise Checker.Check, including validation and lowering. This exposed and fixes the host validator's omission of ore_block. Raw malformed frames retain their distinct native-parser and WASI-boundary diagnostics.
The local conformance task runs both profiles and fresh artifact exchange. CI exports artifacts from its existing Go suite and runs only the additional Rust consumer; wiring tests enforce that exchange. Shared helpers handle hexadecimal frames and lossless diagnostic-number comparisons. The plan and coverage map document consolidation candidates; existing tests remain intact.
Stacked on #1404; merge that first and retarget this PR to next. EQL resolver/SQL behavior and Python/TypeScript runners remain follow-ups.
Validation: shared profiles and fresh artifact exchange pass; declaration tests also pass with serde_json preserve_order. Rust clippy/formatting, Go lint, Biome and CI wiring checks pass. No live credentials or database required.
Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
Go record plans now accept OreBlock as a valid field output.
Tests
Added shared Rust and Go conformance checks for scalar values, record declarations, query behavior, and cross-language compatibility.
CI now runs conformance checks when relevant files change and verifies compatibility using freshly generated test artifacts.
Documentation
Added guides covering conformance profiles, test coverage and evidence, artifact handling, and current limitations.

Walkthrough
This change adds shared Stack Encrypt scalar and declaration conformance profiles for Rust and Go. It adds fixtures, documentation, runner tests, and a script that passes Go-generated artifacts to Rust. CI workflows run these checks when relevant files change.

Automated review attestation (/code-review medium + cross-check against existing PR feedback), head cc89cc0.
Result: no new findings. No critical or blocking issues.
Reviewed the Rust runners (conformance.rs, declarations.rs), the Go runners (conformance_test.go, declaration_conformance_test.go, export_test.go), scripts/stack-conformance.sh, the CI wiring test, the mise task and both workflow changes.
I skimmed the JSON corpora and docs and did not check them case by case.
The workflow-wide STACK_CONFORMANCE_REQUIRED=1 is safe. Every job that inherits it (go-binding-cross, eql-postgres, live) already fetches or builds the deterministic guest.
Every defect I confirmed is already raised in the 10 open threads from @coderdan. They need no further comment, and I verified them against the head:
The CI guard is too loose to catch deleting the fresh-exchange step.
Go decodes expected.Fields numbers as float64.
The JSON-to-frame number conversion differs between Go and serde_json.
Rust key order depends on serde_json's preserve_order feature not being enabled.
The declaration corpus runs against the deterministic test guest, not the shipped guest.
CheckFrameForTest skips Plan validation and lowering and duplicates engineCheck.
The exported Go artifact copies the native frame instead of Go's own.
The CI step duplicates work already done by go:test and tests-crates.yml.
hex/unhex helpers are duplicated.
Case counts are hard-coded in prose.
Merge state is "blocked" and the PR is stacked on #1404, as the description notes. Codex and CodeRabbit reviews were still running at the time of this review.
Exercise release and deterministic guests through the host checker, preserving typed JSON numbers and sorted keys. Admit the supported ore_block output in host validation. Require fresh producer artifacts without repeating full CI suites.

Make empty conformance_flags expansion safe on older Bash.
The macOS Go binding job uses Bash 3.2 and does not set STACK_CONFORMANCE_OUTPUT. The empty array expansion can therefore stop the script before go test, blocking the macOS CI matrix leg.
